Head of RAC Refrigeration is the representative of the professional image of Belimo in the field of central air conditioning. He will lead the national sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market share for the companys refrigeration control products. As an industry expert, Head of RAC Refrigeration maintains close communication with leading experts and leading designers in the field of central air conditioning, and provides the industry with advanced and innovative solutions based on Belimo products, and also proposes new ideas and creates new standards to lead the industry forward As Head RAC: 1.Provide sales teams with advanced application solutions based on Belimo products. 2.Continuously seek new sales directions and develop market for Belimo products. 3.Research HVAC market needs and propose innovative and advanced solutions. 4.Guide application consultants and publish papers in well-known HVAC journals. 5.Establish good long-term relationship with designers and serve them with extensive application experience to support sales teams' maintenance and growth strategy. 6.Help build relationships with regional design institutes and provide opportunities for sales teams to follow up on projects. 7.Seek application potential for new products and communicate concepts to sales, product management and technical support teams to develop new business. 8.Assist in training application consultants about technical skills. As Head Refrigeration: 1. Strategic Leadership: a.Develop and execute national sales strategies for refrigeration expansion valves. b.Identify emerging market trends and opportunities in commercial and industrial refrigeration. 2. Team Management: a.Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics. 3. Customer Channel Development: a.Build and maintain relationships with OEMs. b.Negotiate high-value contracts and manage key accounts. 4. Product Market Expertise: a.Collaborate with product management and RD to align customer needs with product development. b.Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams. 5. Sales Operations: a.Oversee CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy. b.Ensure compliance with pricing policies, discount structures, and ethical standards. 6. Reporting Analysis: a.Present sales performance reports and market insights to senior leadership. b.Analyse competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly. Who You Are Education Background: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Working Experiences: Min. 8-10 years' experience in HVAC design, or HVAC related industry, especially welcome proven engineering. consulting experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Special Requirements: Proficient in reading technical materials in English, fluent in oral and written, good at communication. Familiar with the theory and products of various control valves in HVAC industry. Familiar with central air conditioning system and control product application solution Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and control components. Personal Requirements: Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-management ability, efficiently organize work schedules. Proficiency in CRM tools. Willingness to travel nationally.
Business Development Manager- Sensor Meter Summary The objectives of this position are fully integrated to the objectives of the Companys Mission and Values. It is the responsibility of all employees to perform their duties in accordance with Company Policy. The Business Development Manager - Sensors and Meters is responsible for developing a preference for Belimo products with targeted, major sensors and meters companies, OEMs, and cooling system design influencers with global headquarters and/or in-house global engineering centers located in India. The Business Development Manager - Sensors and Meters will develop and maintain relationships within the executive, facility design/management, engineering, and procurement ranks of these accounts to increase sales across all Belimo sales channels. What You'll Do Contribute to the development of a well-defined, global vertical market strategy with a unique Belimo value proposition for targeted, Enterprise and Colocation Sensors and Meters accounts. Execute the developed strategy effectively in the India region. Build personal relationships with executives, facility designers / managers, engineering managers, and procurement managers at targeted accounts to develop a preference for Belimo products at those accounts on a regional and/or global basis. Provide a superior level of support to target accounts regardless of the sales channel they choose to use to procure Belimo products through. Position Belimos customization and technology advantages, tailored to the desires of specific target accounts, to help create value, brand preference, and long-term loyalty. Make use of CRM to communicate target account project details to all involved Belimo personnel. Work closely with Belimo team members across all sales channels to ensure successful sales outcomes on projects involving targeted accounts. Develop annual revenue goals for target accounts and utilize CRM to track achievement against those goals. Develop and maintain a database of all known projects in sales funnel including demand forecasting and insure the appropriate Belimo team members are kept informed of project specific developments. Share best practices and coordinate the pursuit of global sensors and meters projects with Belimo Sensors and Meters BDMs in the other regions. Ambassador to Tech Community and Industry Associations; active and network within sensors and meters industry trade organizations Who You Are 10 years experience in sales, account management, and new business development, particularly with large, complex accounts. Sales experience in the Sensors and meters market strongly preferred Bachelors degree Demonstrated HVAC industry experience and strong systems knowledge. Strong organizational, inter-personal, and negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Self-motivated with ability to structure work schedule and work independently from a home office. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other basic computer skills necessary to complete sales reporting requirements and manage home office. Willingness to travel 60%.
