We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead sales and brand growth for our mandate real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, digital marketing, and customer relationship management, with the ability to manage both strategy and execution.
This role involves driving revenue, managing marketing campaigns, leading a sales team, and building long-term developer and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead sales and marketing operations for assigned mandate projects across Mumbai and nearby regions.
Design and execute sales strategies to achieve project-wise and overall revenue targets.
Oversee end-to-end marketing including digital, social media, influencer, and offline campaigns.
Build strong relationships with developers, manage mandates, and ensure timely project performance.
Monitor lead flow, conversion ratios, and campaign ROI using CRM and analytics tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, CRM, Tech) to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.
Represent the brand during client meetings, site visits, and business presentations.
Train and mentor sales managers, relationship managers, and marketing staff.
Analyse market trends, competitor movements, and buyer behavior to refine strategies.
