The Associate Project Manager (APM) will work closely with the GDRE team, field project managers, PS and sales customer managers, technical teams, and PS delivery partners to ensure seamless project execution. The APM will play a crucial role in supporting and efficiently coordinating the various project teams involved in the project lifecycle. Building strong and productive relationships is a fundamental aspect of this position, encompassing both internal stakeholders and external customers. Effective collaboration and partnership with all parties involved are essential for project success and customer satisfaction.
Review new bookings for PS projects within the project management system.
Work closely with customers and account teams to determine the scope of work and LOE required.
Work with program managers to obtain dates for scheduling and assist with questions concerning order details.
Drive the delivery of existing PS capabilities through a simplified approach to triage.
Maintain detailed notes, status, and dates in the system for project delivery status reporting.
Support project planning, execution, and closure activities under the guidance of senior PMs.
Participate in lessons learned sessions and contribute to GEO repositories.
Utilize WAR tool for project requests, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are completed.
Maintain clean forecasting practices and participate in Pulse hygiene sessions.
Assist in PSA project creation and task maintenance under GDRE guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and resource alignment.
Recommended 5+ years of work experience or equivalent
Should be flexible to work in 24*7 shifts (including weekends). We work in 4 shifts (6 AM to 3PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, 5 PM to 2 AM and 10 PM to 7 AM) at this time, but it is subject to change as per business requirements. The shifts can be rotational or non-rotational and as per the Roster. The candidate should apply for this position only if they are in agreement with the shift requirements.
Japanese Language Proficiency – JLPT N1 or N2 is preferred
Must adhere to NetApp’s Thrive Together requirements. The current requirement for Bangalore based employees is to work from office for 2 days per week.
