Job Title: Senior SAP SD Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP SD processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, and Integration with MM, FI, and PP modules. The role involves managing implementations, enhancements, and support for SAP SD in complex business environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP SD module implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable SD solutions. Configure and customize SD components, including: Order Management (Sales Orders, Quotations, Contracts) Pricing and Discounts Delivery and Shipping Billing and Invoicing Credit Management Integrate SD with FI (Revenue Accounting), MM (Procurement), and PP (Production). Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments. Support end users with incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Provide training and documentation for key users and project teams. Participate in system upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and innovation initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD module with strong functional and integration knowledge. Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SD implementations and support projects. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and pricing configuration. Experience with SD-FI and SD-MM integrations. Knowledge of S/4HANA SD features (such as Advanced ATP, Fiori apps, and new billing functionalities) is a plus. Ability to create detailed Functional Specifications, Test Scenarios, and Training Documentation. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in S/4HANA migration or Greenfield implementation. Exposure to SAP EDI/IDoc processing, Intercompany Billing, or Third-party Sales. SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) or S/4HANA Sales preferred. Experience in working with global teams and multicultural environments. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. SAP Certification preferred but not mandatory.
We are looking for 1 experienced Freshworks Implementation Consultant and 1 experienced Freshworks Developer to lead customer implementations for Freshservice, Freshdesk, and other Freshworks modules. The role involves requirement analysis, configuration, integration, and enablement for enterprise customers across industries. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to capture ITSM/CRM/CX requirements and map them to Freshworks functionalities. Configure and customize Freshservice, Freshdesk, Freshchat, and Freshcaller modules. Design workflows, automations, SLAs, and approval processes. Integrate Freshworks products with other tools (e.g., Jira, MS Teams, Slack, Azure DevOps). Prepare documentation, user guides, and handover materials. Conduct user training and support during UAT and Go-Live. Required Skills 3-7 years overall experience; at least 2+ years in Freshworks products. Strong knowledge of ITSM/CRM processes and ITIL framework. Hands-on experience in Freshservice / Freshdesk configuration and administration. Understanding of APIs, automation rules, and webhook-based integrations. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Certifications: Freshservice or Freshdesk Expert preferred.
