About The Role

As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll lead and deliver impactful software projects that create measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring every project stays on track - from planning to execution - while fostering agility, ownership, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end delivery

  across multiple software projects in alignment with business goals
• Facilitate

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration
• Partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless execution
• Maintain regular client interactions to manage requirements, expectations, and updates
• Identify potential risks early and develop

  mitigation strategies

• Guide and support teams, promoting accountability and a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10 years of experience in

  IT/Software Project Management

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC

  methodologies
• Experience in managing projects within the

  Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)

  domain
• Hands-on with tools like

  Jira, Trello

  , or equivalent project management platforms
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  product delivery

  and SaaS environments

• PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2

  certification
• Exposure to

  cloud-based and enterprise-level software solutions
