Associate Program Manager - Operations

Overview:

What you will do:

● Operational Oversight: Manage and ensure seamless daily operations of our Lounges, including customer service, bus departures & scheduling, and on-ground coordination. 

● Team Management: Lead and manage the Lounge Teams across India, ensuring high performance and adherence to operational standards. 

● Customer Experience: Deliver a superior customer experience to our customers. 

● Compliance & Safety: Ensure all lounge properties and personnel comply with Zingbus’s safety protocols, legal regulations, and operational standards. Conduct safety inspections and operational audits. 

● Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance of operational assets at the lounges, including the luggage spaces, Value Added Amenities (Reading/Gaming Zones). 

● Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on key operational metrics such as punctuality,  bus conditions, and staff productivity. 

● Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary. 

● Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and improve service levels and cost-effectiveness.

● Strong leadership and team management abilities. 

● Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

● Strong understanding of operational metrics and process improvement methodologies.

● Tech-savvy, with experience using operational tools and systems .
