Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies for technology hiring across mid to senior levels.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping, and market research.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active tech talent.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
Drive performance, capability development, and continuous improvement within the team.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with TA Leads, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, talent availability, and market trends.

Technology & Tools:

Optimize the use of sourcing platforms, ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technologies.
Evaluate and implement tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and report key sourcing metrics such as pipeline health, conversion ratios, and time-to-source.
Use data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and decision-making.

Qualifications:

12–15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology sourcing.
Proven experience in managing large sourcing teams and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, including software engineering, cloud, data, and product domains.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and ATS/CRM platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
