Associate Program Manager

About the Role:

NoBrokerHood executes high-impact Phygital campaigns for national and regional brands

across metro cities at scale. We are looking for a driven Associate Project Manager (APM) to

ensure seamless on-ground campaign execution and optimize internal processes. This is a

critical role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to plan and execute campaigns

efficiently.

• Develop and document SOPs to improve execution accuracy and reduce turnaround

times.

• Identify bottlenecks in the execution funnel and work on solutions to address them.
• Monitor daily progress of campaign activations and proactively flag deviations.
• Support data tracking and reporting across multiple projects using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Assist in performance analysis and drive insights for future improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including brand, design, tech, and sales.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong command over Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, trackers,

etc.)

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on execution excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in on-ground operations or campaign execution is a plus.KRAs (Key Result Areas):
