Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a data-driven Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive innovation in our AI/LLM-powered product suite. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of product strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data, and managing various stages of the product lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, adops, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

What you will do

• Build and enhance AI/LLM-powered advertising products with engineering and data science teams.
• Monitor AI model accuracy metrics and implement performance improvements for optimal campaign results.
• Optimize data pipelines, create performance dashboards, and implement automated alert systems.
• Research AI/LLM trends, evaluate new technologies (OpenAI, GPT models), and identify innovation opportunities.
• Translate complex AI/ML models into actionable product features and business insights.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends and drive innovation.
• Analyze product performance using data analytics tools to identify areas of improvement.
• Work with stakeholders across sales, adops, marketing, and customer success teams to define product positioning.
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.
• Maintain and refine JIRA-based product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital media or adtech industry
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies, OpenAI GPT models, or similar AI platforms.
• Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
• Ability to work with engineers and data scientists to bridge technical and business needs.
• Strong research skills with ability to evaluate new technologies and conduct market analysis.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
