Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural and system design, experience with multiprocessing or asynchronous programming, and a deep understanding of Python's core data types and advanced features. You will be responsible for handling large volumes of data, working with in-memory databases such as Redis and RabbitMQ, and utilizing both SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Additionally, you will be expected to write optimized code, solve complex problems and have a good grasp of data manipulation libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.

● Architect and build systems that are reliable and efficient.

● Develop and maintain features using Python, ensuring the highest level of code quality.

● Utilize multiprocessing and asynchronous programming techniques to enhance application performance. ● Handle large datasets efficiently and optimize data processing workflows.

● Work with in-memory databases (Redis, RabbitMQ) to enhance data access and storage performance.

● Design and manage both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

● Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following best practices.

● Solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.

● Utilize NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation and analysis tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Python Developer or in a similar role.

● Strong experience in architectural and system design.

● Proficiency in Python, with a strong hold on data types, list comprehensions, generators, lambda functions etc.

● Experience with multiprocessing or asynchronous programming.

● Extensive experience with large datasets and data processing.

● Proficiency in in-memory databases like Redis and RabbitMQ.

● Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

● Demonstrated ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

● Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

● Experience with NumPy and Pandas for data analysis and manipulation.

●Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Experience mentoring and leading junior team members.

Preferred Skills:

● Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Digital Ocean, GCP).

● Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
