Assistant Training Manager

As an Assistant Training Manager at Sarovar Portico, Sriperumbudur in a pre-opening hotel environment, you will have a significant role in shaping the service culture, ensuring operational excellence, and preparing all team members for the launch. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing and implementing the full pre-opening training calendar for all departments. - Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions that are in line with Sarovar Group's brand values. - Work closely with Head of Departments (HODs) to identify specific training needs and conduct skills development workshops. - Monitor and assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance tracking. - Support the implementation of Learning & Development tools and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, empowerment, and guest-centric service among the team. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in hotel training or operations, with a preference for prior exposure to pre-opening environments. - Strong knowledge of creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), departmental training matrices, and brand standard modules. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Proactive professional with a high level of energy, creativity, and a dedicated commitment to team success.
