Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lonavala for an Assistant Training Manager and Training Associate. The Assistant Training Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and evaluation of training programs for staff. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing training effectiveness, and maintaining training records. The role also involves providing support to managers and staff to improve performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and conducting training programs
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
• Proficiency in using training software and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
