Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Training Manager located in Gujarat, India. The Assistant Training Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, coordinating with different departments to identify training needs, and ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on training outcomes and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training Development, Training Coordination, and Training Facilitation
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Employee Development and Performance Improvement
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning Platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in facilities management or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
