Job Description

As an Assistant Training Manager at Sarovar Portico, Sriperumbudur, you will be instrumental in shaping the service culture and ensuring all team members are prepared for the hotel's launch. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in designing and implementing the full pre-opening training calendar for all departments. - Coordinating onboarding and orientation sessions aligned with Sarovar Group's brand values. - Collaborating with HODs to identify specific training needs and conducting skills development workshops. - Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking. - Supporting the implementation of Learning & Development tools and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. - Contributing to the creation of a culture of continuous learning, empowerment, and guest-centric service. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in hotel training or operations, preferably with pre-opening exposure. - A strong understanding of SOP creation, departmental training matrices, and brand standard modules. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Proactive approach, high energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to team success.,
