Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for insurance professionals on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Overall 6 Years Experience 2 Year as AM Training
Strong understanding of process training, product training, TTT (Train the Trainer), and L&D best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
