Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for insurance professionals on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Overall 6 Years Experience 2 Year as AM Training
  • Strong understanding of process training, product training, TTT (Train the Trainer), and L&D best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
