Assistant Training Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Training to oversee end-to-end training operations for our BPO processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and execute

  New Hire Training (NHT)

  and

  On-the-Job Training (OJT)

  for voice/non-voice processes.
• Develop and refine

  training content, SOPs, and assessments

  to align with process requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness through

  TNI/TNA (Training Need Identification/Analysis)

  and performance evaluations.
• Ensure smooth transition of trainees to production by maintaining quality and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct regular

  refresher trainings, coaching sessions, and skill-enhancement workshops

  .
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and HR to drive training initiatives and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain training MIS, reports, attendance, feedback, and audit-ready documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  as Assistant Manager Training in a

  BPO/Contact Center

  environment.
• Strong knowledge of

  training delivery, content development, and LMS tools

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple batches and training timelines.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle training escalations.
