We are now seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Copy to bring our vision to life across touchpoints. Job Summary As the Senior Manager – Copy, you will lead content and copy development for our luxury products and township projects. You’ll work closely with design, product, marketing, and brand teams to craft compelling narratives, campaign lines, and marketing copy. This is a senior-level, hands-on role that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for luxury product lines (furniture, decor, accessories, etc.) and real estate/township offerings. Write for brochures, websites, social media, packaging, campaigns, digital ads, videos, and internal communications. Collaborate on brand storytelling, positioning, and messaging across business verticals. Ensure a consistent tone of voice aligned with Della’s luxury identity. Lead and mentor a small team of writers or freelancers. Collaborate with design, digital, sales, and project teams to align messaging and visual identity. Project Involvement and take initiative to work independently when required, managing full copy mandates from ideation to execution. Quality / Brand Custodianship and dive deep into our township and product businesses to understand and communicate their USPs. Uphold editorial and brand standards. Conduct copy reviews and refine outputs for maximum impact. Requirements Job Expectations: 8–12 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in luxury, design, lifestyle, or real estate sectors. Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in tone and medium. Experience leading copy teams or managing cross-functional projects. Excellent command over English (writing, editing, and storytelling). Ability to understand premium audience psychology and luxury positioning. Self-starter who can thrive in both team-based and independent work setups. Aesthetic sensitivity and passion for design and lifestyle brands.
