Role Description


We are seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to join our on-site team in Faridabad. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves assisting in strategy planning, monitoring team performance, exploring new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of the overall sales process. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Track sales performance and prepare accurate reports & forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Leadership qualities with a positive and proactive approach.
