Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. The role requires proactive engagement with clients and a commitment to meeting organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development
Strong Analytical Skills, Market Research abilities, and Data Analysis expertise
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related industries is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus
