Assistant Sales Manager

You will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving customer acquisition, ensuring the achievement of set goals and policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and new markets for existing products. - Identifying decision makers in companies, arranging meetings to understand their requirements, and demonstrating how our products can meet their needs. - Actively approaching potential clients through various channels such as telephone, email, social networks, and events to generate leads and build a sales pipeline. - Supervising sales representatives and team activities to meet sales targets. - Maintaining an updated knowledge of the company's goals, vision, and values to prioritize effectively. - Collaborating with sales management to develop sales strategies, set goals, and targets. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer base. - Utilizing expertise in B2B sales pipeline management and marketing management, as well as knowledge of reporting and analytic techniques.
