Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Vapi. The role involves assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Sales Manager will prepare sales reports, meet targets, and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and achieve targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining effective client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, creating reports, and providing data-driven insights.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Background in sales, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry; education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a solution-oriented approach.
