Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ludhiana. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, providing solutions based on customer needs, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or SCM
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
