Senior Sales Executive - Bali Showroom We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who understands the industry and knows how to build trust with high-end clientele. Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers and provide detailed guidance on curtains, blinds, upholstery, and soft furnishing solutions. Conduct professional product consultations, including fabric recommendations, suitability for various interior styles, and technical understanding of custom orders. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales consistently. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and property owners. Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain updated product knowledge-including fabric types, mechanisms, trends, and installation considerations. Contribute to showroom merchandising and ensure the display remains presentable and aligned with brand standards. Achieve monthly sales targets and support the overall growth of the Bali showroom. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the soft furnishings industry , specifically dealing with custom curtains, blinds, furniture upholstery, and fabrics . Strong technical and aesthetic understanding of soft furnishings and interior styling. Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with premium customers. Strong sales track record with the ability to close high-value projects. Professional, well-presented, and customer-service oriented. Age: 27-40. Proficient in WhatsApp, email, and basic office tools (Excel, quotations, CRM). Willing to work showroom hours, including weekends and occasional holidays.
