Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety to ensure a safe dining experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing teams and interacting with customers.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is needed to optimize resource utilization.
Familiarity with sales analysis and trend identification techniques to inform business decisions.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
