The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mind-set, capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is able to bring a structured mind into the creative field of marketing to take actions for tangible results. The Assistant Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing.

Job profile:

We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing the marketing plan in line with brand values and business strategy; in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Coordination and follow-up with creative agencies to develop communication and branding ideas.
  • Communicating, maintaining and developing client and vendor relationships.
  • Drive innovative customer experience, working with multiple teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Forging new relationships with like-minded business and community organizations, as well as industry thought leaders.
  • Develop business and learning events and activities which are of relevance to the brand.
  • Source for sponsorship, partnership or collaboration opportunities with like-minded brands and communities.
  • Assist in curating and managing events and exhibitions.
  • Attend relevant networking events to build database of potential clients and partners.
  • Assist in developing marketing assets like catalogues, brochures, etc. and other sales collaterals.
  • Planning and executing digital campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Daily Account Reviews of campaigns, keywords, audiences, impressions share, ad copy, ad creative, quality score, and other important account metrics.
  • Recommend changes to optimize programs based on analytical findings, business/industry best practices and current business needs.
  • Measuring/reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website traffic flow using a variety of Web analytics tools.
  • Assist in planning the content/visuals across all social media platforms.
  • Represent Hands in an effective and influential manner as a marketing executive.

Qualifications required for The Role:

  • Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and good work ethics
  • Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe suite would be a plus.
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Display ads, Meta ads, Email campaigns and Search Engine Marketing
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Experience in the luxury industry would be an advantage
