Role Overview

Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Meta, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for weddings, social catering, and venue bookings.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to enhance CTR, conversion rate, and CPA.

Funnel Optimization & Conversion Growth

  • Map and optimize the customer journey across awareness, inquiry, and conversion stages.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and close feedback loops.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to boost conversions.

Website, SEO & Product Experience

  • Lead SEO, UX, and CRO initiatives to enhance digital performance and lead flow.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to optimize website content, design, and CTAs.
  • Build dashboards and analytics reports to track funnel performance and insights.

Partnerships & Digital Visibility

  • Manage relationships with event aggregator platforms and digital marketplaces.
  • Identify new digital channels and technologies to expand lead-generation opportunities.

LinkedIn & Content Strategy

  • Own the content calendar and page management for Catering Collective’s LinkedIn presence.
  • Create engaging brand storytelling, thought-leadership, and event showcase content.
  • Drive B2B awareness and engagement through strategic LinkedIn campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and monitor KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI, funnel velocity).
  • Build performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.


What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10 years of experience in

    performance marketing, digital growth, or demand generation

    .
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like

    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms

    .
  • Experience in the

    hospitality, events, or lifestyle

    industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
