Strategic Marketing & Planning** * Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals. * Define brand positioning, messaging, and growth strategy. * Research competitors, market trends, and customer behavior. Digital Marketing** * Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, etc.). * Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate channels. * Manage website traffic, conversions, and e-commerce growth. Brand Development** * Strengthen Fabiyos brand identity across online and offline platforms. * Develop creative campaigns for festivals, seasonal launches, and promotions. * Collaborate with designers and content creators for lookbooks, catalogs, and social media creatives Content & Social Media Management** * Build and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. * Develop engaging content (photo shoots, reels, styling tips, blog posts). * Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships. Retail & Marketplace Marketing** * Drive marketing strategies for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.). * Coordinate retail promotions, in-store branding, and events. * Create BTL (below the line) activities like exhibitions, stalls, and pop-ups. Team & Budget Management** * Lead the marketing team, guide designers, digital marketers, and interns. * Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns. * Track KPIs: website traffic, engagement, conversion rate, sales impact.
