Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to drive our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's manpower needs. 2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop job descriptions accordingly. 3. Utilize various channels for sourcing top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. 4. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with the hiring team to facilitate the selection process. 5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 7. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategies with overall HR goals. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment processes. 9. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and optimize recruitment efforts. 10. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools,Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices in the relevant industry.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's / Masters Degree with 5+ years
