Job Purpose:

To manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP), operational Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and planning cycles, ensuring timely availability of Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM) and supporting cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• MRP & Planning Cycle

• Execute MRP runs and ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain planning calendars and adhere to operational S&OP timelines.

• RMPM Shortages & Follow-Up

• Monitor raw and packaging material shortages and take proactive follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply gaps.

• Cross-Functional Team Support

• Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, DRA, PD, and CQA teams to ensure seamless supply planning.
• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders.

• Inventory & Data Management

• Track inventory levels and ensure alignment with production plans.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems.

Qualification & Preferred Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 2-4 years of experience in supply planning.
• Exposure to Pharma industry processes and ERP systems.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
