School Operations, Content & Quality (School Programs)

This is a school-facing role focused on program operations, content execution, quality assurance, and training enablement. You will act as the bridge between Gyankosha’s learning solutions and partner schools, ensuring smooth implementation, strong adoption, consistent content quality, and measurable outcomes.

The role offers a complete hands-on learning experience in building educational systems and processes, improving delivery quality at scale, and enabling teachers and school teams through structured training. It is a challenging and highly motivational opportunity for individuals who enjoy execution ownership, problem-solving, and meaningful work in education.


Key Responsibilities

1) School Program Operations and Implementation

·  Own end-to-end implementation of Gyankosha programs in assigned schools/geographies.

· Create and manage operational plans, timelines, trackers, and reporting mechanisms for smooth execution.

· Coordinate with school leadership and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of schedules, resources, and program milestones.

·  Identify execution gaps (adoption, participation, usage, quality) and implement corrective actions through structured follow-ups and clear action plans.

·  Maintain SOPs, templates, checklists, and operational documentation to standardize delivery and reduce errors.



2) Content Execution, Customization and Packaging

·  Support creation, customization, and packaging of academic and program resources based on school needs (grade-wise plans, worksheets, assessments, teacher resources, student handouts, etc.).

· Translate learning requirements into clear, structured deliverables using defined formats and templates.

·   Coordinate content requests from schools and ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality fulfilment with the content team.



3) Quality Assurance and Quality Control

·  Own content and program QA across deliverables: accuracy, relevance, alignment to grade level, formatting consistency, and usability for schools.

·   Build and maintain quality rubrics, review checklists, and audit processes (including periodic quality audits and corrective loops).

·  Track recurring errors and improvement opportunities; implement preventive systems such as standardized templates, validation protocols, and revision workflows.

·   Ensure all school-facing deliverables meet Gyankosha’s quality benchmarks and brand standards.



4) Training, Enablement and Adoption Support

·   Plan and deliver structured teacher enablement sessions and school orientation modules to ensure correct program adoption and consistent usage.

·   Create training material (guides, walkthroughs, toolkits, FAQs, short modules) to help teachers and school teams implement resources effectively.

·  Conduct parenting workshops and teacher programs with a strong focus on practical strategies, implementation, and continuity (less lecture-based, more execution-oriented).

·   Provide ongoing support to schools to improve engagement, usage, and outcomes through training refreshers and structured reinforcement.



5) Analytics, Reporting and Continuous Improvement

·     Track key program metrics (usage, adoption, completion, quality scores, feedback signals) and generate actionable insights.

·     Present regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and school leadership, with clear improvement plans.

·     Use data and feedback to refine processes, strengthen training, improve content quality, and enhance delivery efficiency.




6) Relationship Management (Operational, Not Sales-Led)

·     Serve as the primary coordination point for assigned schools for operations, training, and delivery.

·   Build strong working relationships with principals, coordinators, and teacher teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

·   Ensure high satisfaction through reliable delivery, clear communication, and strong closure on requests and issues.



Qualifications

·     Education Orientation: Strong commitment to improving educational outcomes through systems, quality, and execution (classroom teaching is not the central requirement).

·   Experience: Preferred experience in school programs, education operations, content/program management, academic coordination, training, or quality roles.

·   Quality Mindset: Strong attention to detail, ability to audit outputs, and insistence on high standards.

·      Analytical Ability: Comfort with trackers, dashboards, trend identification, and converting data into action steps.

·   Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for school coordination, training delivery, and reporting.

·   Tech Comfort: Comfortable with digital tools, content workflows, and learning-tech platforms; willing to learn new systems quickly.

·     Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with ownership, discipline, and problem-solving strength.
