Role Description

The Program Manager is an end-to-end ownership role that blends B2B sales, school-focussed CRM, academic programme design, and day-to-day operations. In the next 18–24 months, the position is expected to mature into a City Head mandate, leading all commercial and academic functions for a metro cluster.


Key Responsibilities


B2B Sales & School CRM

• Build and manage a 50-school sales funnel - demos, proposals, closures.

• Maintain ≥90 % renewal rate through data-driven account plans and quarterly business reviews.

Programme Operations

• Own weekly delivery cadences: timetables, facilitator deployment, logistical SLAs.

• Track KPIs (learner NPS, attendance, cost per delivery slot) on a live dashboard.

Academic Excellence

• Localise Gyankosha curricula for Grades 1-12; ensure alignment with NEP and state board norms.

• Run periodic facilitator trainings and lesson-quality audits.

Cross-Functional Buildouts

• Co-create new verticals now in "build" phase.

• Translate pilot insights into scalable SOPs and P&Ls.

Qualifications

  • Program Management, Project Coordination, and Budget Management skills
  • Experience in team leadership and facilitation
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and manage timelines effectively
  • Experience in educational content development and instructional design is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field
