About the Role : Content & Creative Associate (Early Career/Fresher) This isn’t your regular content job. It’s a canvas. We’re looking for a young, creative, and versatile content writter/creator, someone who can switch gears from writing social media captions to drafting impact reports, who can think visually and write emotionally, and who’s hungry to create real change with their craft. Role Overview: Polygnan is seeking a spirited and driven Community Event Manager/Lead who possesses the ability to envision, plan, and execute engaging experiences for students across various demographics, ranging from curious 7-year-olds in tribal schools to ambitious teens in bustling metros. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in bringing Polygnan's mission to fruition, regardless of the learner's location - be it a tier-1 University, a village school, or a tribal community center. What You'll Do: - Design and implement experiential learning events, spanning from art camps to entrepreneurship bootcamps to industry visits. - Develop events from inception, encompassing planning, logistics, partnerships, and on-ground execution. - Operate in diverse settings, including tier 1 cities, small towns, and tribal/remote villages in Karnataka. - Act as a conduit between Polygnan's mission and the community's dynamism. - Cultivate and expand the community of young changemakers both in offline and online realms. - Oversee marketing and branding for events, encompassing posters, reels, partnerships, and shoutouts. - Uphold a positive atmosphere and ensure clarity of purpose at all times. - Manage event outreach, branding, and storytelling through content creation and social media. - Foster vibrant local communities that mirror Polygnan's values and unlock the potential in children and youth.
