About The Role

As a Program Manager at TrusTrace, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing multiple projects that contribute to our strategic goals. You will ensure alignment across teams, on-time delivery, and consistent stakeholder engagement while driving program success through effective coordination, planning, and execution.

What You Will Do

Program Coordination:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects to ensure they align with TrusTrace's strategic goals. Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resources.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support. Communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively.

Team Management:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks. Develop and implement proactive risk management plans.

Quality & Performance Tracking:

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards. Track program metrics, budgets, and resource utilization to drive data-informed improvements.

Change & Documentation Management:

Manage changes in scope, cost, or schedule, and maintain thorough documentation, reports, and lessons learned.

Strategic Alignment:

Contribute to the overall program strategy by ensuring all initiatives align with TrusTrace's business objectives and long-term goals.

Who You Might Be

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's or PMP certification is a plus.

57 years of experience

in program or project management, with a proven record of managing multiple concurrent projects.Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in

project management tools

such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.Experience in the

fashion, retail, or sustainability

industry is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, multicultural environmentStrong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
