Job Description

Role Overview:

  1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery:

    • Deliver engaging lessons on 21st-century school subjects using innovative teaching methods.
    • Adapt traditional teaching techniques to incorporate technology and interactive learning experiences.
  2. Analytics & Engagement:

    • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements in teaching methodologies and school engagement.
  3. Account Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools and geographies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and administrative staff.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and provide tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
  4. Content Creation & Quality Assessment:

    • Develop, curate, and evaluate educational content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create innovative learning materials and digital resources.
  5. Parenting & Teacher Training Programs:

    • Design and deliver training programs for teachers and parenting workshops to support student learning and well-being.
    • Empower educators and parents with the skills and strategies needed to support modern learning environments.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Education:

  • Experience:

    Prior experience in a teaching role, educational program management, or similar positions is preferred.
