Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them navigate the features and tools most relevant to their roles. Address user questions and troubleshoot issues with clarity, empathy, and efficiency. Serve as a bridge between users and the product team by gathering and sharing feedback to help improve the platform. Develop user-friendly resources, such as guides, videos, or FAQs, to enhance user knowledge and independence. Foster long-term relationships with educators and school-based professionals to promote engagement and retention. Certified Speech Therapist Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
