This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore for an Assistant Manager - Sales. The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, overseeing sales operations, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, sales strategy development, market analysis, and team coordination. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving forex sales and revenue targets.
  • Generate new leads and build strong relationships with clients for currency exchange, remittances, and forex cards.
  • Handle customer queries related to forex products and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure timely execution of forex transactions with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain good relations with corporate clients, travel agents, and retail customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing and adherence to RBI and company guidelines.
  • Assist in training and guiding the sales team for better client service and sales growth.



Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Market Analysis
  • Team Coordination and Leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the financial services or foreign exchange industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
