Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct induction programs for new joiners to familiarize them with the organization's culture and pace. - Organize training and development programs to help employees upskill and grow. - Run rewards and recognition programs to boost employee morale. - Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and conduct sales calls to achieve targets. - Track sales activities in the company CRM system and update account information regularly. - Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up for their requirements. - Generate revenue by leveraging references of existing and upcoming projects and converting prospective customers. - Provide real estate advisory services for buying, selling, and renting properties for individuals and corporate clients. - Coordinate with team members and departments to optimize sales efforts. - Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently to maximize satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/MBA in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills Required: - Excellent communication skills. - Must be presentable. - Quick learner. - Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. - Proven track record in managing customer relationships and projects. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Highly self-motivated. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
