Job Summary:

The Industrial Sales Manager/AM is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Company by developing and managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy & Planning

      :
      • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
      • Identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and industries for business growth.
    2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

      :
      • Prospect, identify, and engage with key industrial clients to drive sales.
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
      • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
    3. Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise

      :
      • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys industrial products, solutions, and services.
      • Provide technical guidance to customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
      • Collaborate with the engineering or technical team to address client-specific product requirements or customizations.
    4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

      : Support will be provided by Seniors in negotiations and deal closures
    5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting

      :
      • Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, deal progress, and revenue performance.
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement.
      • Address any post-sale concerns or issues, maintaining client satisfaction and retention.

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience

    : 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial sales/industrial products sales or a related field, with proven success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify sales trends and opportunities.
