Job Responsibilities Include:

• Controller / Senior Controller handles one big mega client
• Controller / Senior Controller to own the process completely
• Controller / Senior Controller to be the single point of contact with assigned Team Leads
• Controller / Senior Controller to involve at every detailed level
• Involve in account from transition phase

1. Get to understand Clients business-On existing process-Reporting requirements

2. Critical thinking and to question on standard process so as to implementing best practices in the industry

3. To assess manpower requirement and involve in hiring process

4. To act as the primary liaison for delivery with transition & implementation

5. To identify areas for process improvements and to implement best practices that is being followed

6. Problem solving abilities

7. Should identify gaps in the process and implement requisite control mechanism

8. Identify knowledge gaps and work on training needs of his team

9. Explore automation opportunities

• Controller / Senior Controller to have strong analytical and organizational skills
• Controller / Senior Controller must be result-oriented, have a passion for change implementation
• Project management (expand)
• Be self-motivated and proactive requiring minimal supervision, have strong leadership capabilities
• Controller / Senior Controller must have exceptionally good communication skills both in written and verbal form
