Role & responsibilities Develop new GET products from concept to PPAP approval Establish forging, machining and fabrication processes with correct metallurgical outcomes Reduce cost through tooling optimisation, cycle time reduction and VE/VA Ensure quality consistency: hardness, microstructure, weld quality, dimensional control Develop fixtures, dies, jigs, WPS/PQR and process sheets Coordinate trials with forging, machining, and heat-treatment vendors Deliver prototypes and samples within committed timelines Preferred candidate profile Candidates with good knowledge of CNC, VMC and forging machine will be preferred.
