Ensure the inspection parameters as mentioned in MTS by filling SIR report with respective calibrated instruments Stages to be moved on ERP after completing the work order operations. OLE (Work order scanning) should be achieved more than 90 percentage as planned. Follow PPE In Work Place Identify Near miss and implemented kaizen for every month.
