Working Knowledge on Consumables specification, Preparation Application and shelf life, Expiry details Jigs Fixtures calibration to check before starting of work. Ensure the inspection parameters as mentioned in MTS by filling SIR report with respective calibrated instruments Stages to be moved on ERP after completing the work order operations. OLE (Work order scanning) should be achieved more than 90 percentage as planned. Follow PPE In Work Place Identify Near miss and implemented kaizen for every month. To implement 5S & TQM Systems towards improvements & Standardization. 11. To define & Implement the Ergonomics Safety process with Production Requirement. Preferred candidate profile 1. Knowledge in Heavy machineries industries in assembly processes. 2. 10 to 12 Years Experience in Mfg. 3. Knowledge in 5S & TQM processes , Layout Design with Autocad system 4. Position Overview: As a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Special Purpose Machine Design (Industrial Process Automation), you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing custom machinery solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations Role & responsibilities Develop innovative mechanical designs for special purpose machines based on client specifications and project requirements. Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo) to create detailed 3D models and generate detailed manufacturing 2D drawings. Maintain documentation for design iterations and changes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PLC engineers, manufacturing and Testing teams, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into overall machine design. Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, ensuring that designs meet performance expectations and reliability standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred candidate profile Diploma /Graduate in mechanical engineering or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in mechanical design with a focus on Jigs and Fixture, Special Purpose Machines, Industrial Automation. Experience in selection aggregates such as pneumatic cylinders, LM rail, bowl feeders, motors, bearings, sprockets etc Sound knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance Stackup Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, NX.). Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and machine components. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
