Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai that involves various roles in Forex Card Product & Operations. Candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Forex Card Product, including Product Development, Operations, Market Analysis, Data Mining, Business Strategies, Planning & Execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams and partners to design, launch, and optimize Forex Card solutions. The role also involves Compliance Management, Fraud Risk Management, Inventory Management and ensuring a seamless customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Credit Cards and Debit Cards Relevant experience should be 6+ years in FOREX cards Experience in Product Management, Market Analysis and Strategic Planning. Knowledge of Card Products, Payment Instruments and Financial Services will be preferred. Skills in collaborating with Internal Teams, Partners and Managing Compliance Requirements. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and customer-centric service. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in the foreign exchange industry is a plus Experience in API-driven platforms and fintech is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
