Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Outlet to lead our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
