Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our team at the Grand Hyatt. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in human resources and a strong background in managing HR operations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts fairly and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
