Job Summary:

As anAssistant Manager – Human Resources is responsible for managing and streamlining HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of policies, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day HR functions, maintaining employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, and implementing people practices that enhance organizational efficiency and culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
• Support performance management, goal tracking, and appraisal processes.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Prepare and present HR reports and analytics for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
