Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - HRSS to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 8-14 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and implement effective human resource strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Analyze and resolve complex HR issues and provide solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
