Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Recruitment of the required number of manpower as per the requisition received in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Maintain database of joining details along with their relevant salary break-up and personal details.
  • Amalgamate work schedules, attendance and leave records in order to tabulate salary payable days for each month
  • Update Mediclaim list by sending additions / deletions on monthly basis to insurance company
  • Liaise with HODs for probation appraisals and assist the Head HR in yearly performance appraisals
  • Assisting in annual budget preparation activities for the unit
  • Keeping a tab on HR statutory compliances for the unit
  • Organizing various Employee Engagement activities for staff members
  • Keeping the empaneled doctors database & documentation up-to-date
  • Handle employee queries
  • Perform any other ad-hoc work assigned by the Head Human Resources
  • Taking care of L& D activities.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/MHA

2-4 years relevant experience

Through knowledge of hospital HR operations, manpower handling, inter-personal skills, excellent communication skills, aware of HR statutory requirements
