Key Responsibilities:


Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace. Mediate conflict resolution when needed.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal system, guide managers on providing feedback, and facilitate employee development programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and ensure competitive compensation packages. Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate or provide internal and external learning and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and company standards. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Drive initiatives for employee recognition, satisfaction, and engagement. Promote employee wellbeing programs, fostering a culture of work-life balance.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR software tools, and ensure proper documentation for all HR processes.

Administrative Responsibilities:


  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including office supplies, maintenance services, and other administrative support services.
  • Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Ensure logistical support for various administrative needs.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements. Prepare administrative reports and assist in audits as required.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Oversee the organization and maintenance of both HR and administrative documents, ensuring that they are accurate, accessible, and compliant with data privacy laws.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including coordinating meetings, handling internal communications, and assisting with other operational tasks.
