Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager who will play a critical role in managing financial operations at the depot level and supporting centralized finance functions. The role demands hands-on execution, coordination with multiple teams, and a process-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CFO in managing day-to-day finance and accounting functions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure accurate and timely payments and collections
• Monitor depot-level expenses, budgets, and flag anomalies
• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, cash flow statements, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with inventory, diesel, and spares usage
• Work closely with operations to ensure cost discipline and timely data reporting
• Help roll out and manage ERP systems such as Focus, Zoho Books, or SAP for finance operations

Qualifications & Skills

• CA Inter

  or

  CMA Inter

  (only these will be considered)
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in core accounting and finance roles, preferably in logistics, transportation, or operations-intensive sectors
• Strong working knowledge of

  ERP software

  – preferably Focus,

  Zoho Books

  , or

  SAP

• Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance framework
• High proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with reconciliation tools and reporting
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and comfort working in a field-driven, fast-paced setup
