Job Summary

direct and indirect tax compliances, financial audits, advisory, reporting, and regulatory matters

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  direct and indirect tax compliances

  , including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in

  tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits

  , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Draft and review

  audit reports ,tax assessments, and financial statements

  .
• Support in corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, and litigation matters.
• Ensure timely filing of returns, documentation, and statutory reporting.
• Provide advisory support on

  taxation ,audit, and regulatory compliance

  to internal stakeholders.
• Keep track of amendments in

  tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations

  .

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  Indian taxation laws, GST, auditing standards, and compliances

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-drafting skills.

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Tally, and accounting/ERP tools

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
