As a Chartered Accountant in the Finance/Taxation department based in Gurugram Sector 67, you will play a crucial role in managing direct and indirect tax compliances, financial audits, advisory services, reporting, and regulatory matters. This position is ideal for fresh Chartered Accountants or individuals with up to one year of experience who are looking to gain comprehensive exposure to taxation, compliance, and audit practices in a rapidly growing global consulting firm. Key Responsibilities: - Handling direct and indirect tax compliances, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. - Assisting in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Drafting and reviewing audit reports, tax assessments, and financial statements. - Providing support in corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, and litigation matters. - Ensuring timely filing of returns, documentation, and statutory reporting. - Offering advisory support on taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance to internal stakeholders. - Keeping abreast of amendments in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations. Skills & Competencies: - In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, auditing standards, and compliances. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-drafting skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting/ERP tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
